Shula named OC of the Year by PFF

I have my issues with PFF but it is nice to see Shula get some positive attention.  He has held up very well to a lot of negative takes and deserves a ton of credit.

Good for him! He deserves it. My other takeaway from this is that we have up and coming coaching talent on both sides of the football to ease the pain of losing these guys when they eventually get their HC opportunities.

Shula's success is a product of Rivera's personality and coaching style, which is in effect "Don't be afraid to adapt, change, grow, learn".

It doesn't hurt that Shula also has the most dangerous weapon in the league at QB.

If Shula were smart, he'd stay in Carolina and rack up the Super Bowl rings.
