Prepare yourself for the longest two weeks of your sports fan lives.  

As a Seahawk fan I've lived through two Super Bowls that will have all the garbage you'll have to hear over and over and over..

Super Bowl XL - Jerome Bettis was pretty much a given to retire.  The media did not hesitate to dry hump him on the air for 13 long, long, long days.

Super Bowl XLVIII - Peyton Manning circle jerk.  Over and over and over.  

Not to mention we had the media scrutiny of Sherman being a "thug" and Lynch being a jerk just because he didn't want to deal with the onslaught of garbage columnists and media members. 

It's only going to get worse from here on out.. just wait until all the entitled columnists get their panties in a bundle because Cam Newton likes to dance and have a good time on the field.  You guys basically have all of these story lines the Seahawks endured over 3 Super Bowls rolled into 1.  

But you know what?  If you guys win the whole damn thing.. (and I have a hard time seeing how you won't) the crow buffet will be open and the tears from your rivals will be sugary sweet.

I sure hope that the Denver coaching staff and players think like you. If they think that preparing for Carolina is in any similar to having game planned for the Vikes, this game is over before it starts.

Good. I hope they do this all week. Players will know and get pumped up. If the patriots kicked field goals instead of going for it 6 mins left in the fourth, we would be playing them not the Broncos. I hope the media realizes that.

i'm 50 and could care less about the Broncos. I was a Rams/Packers fan growing up but i'm pretty much an nfl fan in general now and could less who wins in the long run.

 I may say unpopular things but I'll never make it personal/insult anyone.

Ive been banned off Rams sites for talking about the move and picking 49ers to win last game of season lol.

dude, its true. every team site I go to treats it like they are gang and unless you say something pro team in every post they get upset. These are adults too in their 20s,30s,40s,50s.

   on a Rams site I made a comment about the rams 10 years of losing,during a Rams game on tv.

 He said I must not be a Rams fan if i'm making a negative comment while a game is on...and I was eventually banned.

And by "running QB" you actually mean "black QB"? Because Bridgewater is about as far from a running qb that it gets. Except of course in the eyes of old white guys...

You point about the Chiefs are valid, they are similar to us running read option and actually have have running qb. So the Broncos have full experience about how to lose to the kind of team that we are. Should really help them. 

And that is not even considering we are a lot better than the Chiefs.

no, I meant running. Its not my fault there hasnt been a white running QB since Tarkenton or Young.( Young was less of a runner by the time he made the SB game though.

They split with KC  and only lost to them as it was the day Manning was injured and left....it was that game I think?

in the long run though,that Seattle game was a freak accident. Seldom does the less experienced team beat the veteran team in the Super Bowl. And you know as generic as SB crowds may be,theyll definitely be pro Denver/ Manning.

 I'm not raining on any parade.

Its just been a constant that the less experienced team usually loses and I think with 2 weeks and the Seattle mistake on their minds, Denver will be just fine this time.
