Wish it would have ended better, but it was still a lot of fun and there's plenty of reason to be optimistic for next year.

The present may be a bummer, but the future looks very bright.

It was a great ride while it lasted and it lasted longer than 30 other team's seasons.

Awesome playoff wins, NFC Champions!

This team didn't play as well as the 2004 SB team, but it has more talent and a brighter future.

Management and Coaching will have us back in the chase next season.

I'm a lifelong Bronco fan but I'm also from North Carolina. I really hope that folks here give the Panthers the credit they deserve. Denver was hungrier. They were the team playing with more on the line from an emotional standpoint. Peyton, Demarcus Ware and the disaster from two years ago was what inspired them. Carolina got a little too cocky . That said  I'm proud of my home state team tbh. Carolina is my second favorite team and I have watched them since the 2 and 15 days. They have come a long way and should be back. The fan base needs to stand by them. I know it hurts now but you've got some super stars on that team and the future is bright. And don't blame Cam for that last fumble, I can see where he would be confused and he'd also gotten hit more times tonight than he had all season. Keep your heads up Panthers fans. This one will be hard to get over but you'll be back.

Lost my grandmother back home in Greensboro in October. My grandfather was a sports writer and made me the sports crazed person that I am. Long story short, the Panthers brought me a ton of happiness going back and forth going home this Fall. My grandfather passed away in the summer of '95 and the first team brought me the same joy when I was 12. I never take it for granted, win or lose, that my homestate has an amazing NFL franchise. Go Panthers!

Yeah unfortunately for him he's going to be hearing it from everywhere.  I've been a defender of his for the most part whenever anyone wants to criticize him but I just can't defend that.  Allen play's on a broken bone in his foot, TD plays with a broken arm...I don't know if I could look them in the eye after that if I were him.

I really think he thought Kalil was going to snag that and didn't wanna knock it away. I'm not too sure.

i mean we are talking about Cam here. The dude is not afraid to get hit or go in and do dirty work in short yardage. I'm just not willing to take it that far where people are calling out his hustle. I think it's unfair.

Keep your heads up guys, we'll be back and this team will only grow better with more talent at receiver. I think Funchess showed with his couple of catches that he's ready to be an awesome receiver along side of Benji and with Brown at a slot, this is a young team. They grew a lot today.

    • Just another 1st round QB that never paid off for the team that drafted them or traded for them. It's been like this since the SB began. 36 QBs have now won the SB & only 13 of them have been 1st rounders winning with their original team. Namath 1968, Griese 1972, Bradshaw 1974, McMahon 1985, Simms 1986, Aikman 1992, Elway 1997, Roethlisberger 2005, P.Manning 2006, E.Manning 2007, Rodgers 2010, Flacco 2012, & Mahomes 2019. Only 3 have taken longer than 5 seasons as the starter to win a SB.  4  6  5  4  6  4  15  2  9  4  3  5  2 [the years it takes for these 1st round QBs] 5  1  4  1  3  1  1  2  3  4  [10 of the 36 have won a chip with their 1st team that haven't been drafted in the 1st round. These are the years it took them as a starter] What stands out? Only 2 of these QBs have lost their first championship appearance. Elway took 4 years as a 1st rounder & Hurts took 2 years as a 2nd rounder. Of the 10 non-1st round QBs, 2 are 2nd rounders, 3 are 3rd rounders, 5 are 6th rounders or later. Please stop wasting time on drafting 1st round QBs with such a high failure rate. The remaining 13 QBs are traded or free agent signings. Stafford, Favre, Young, Williams and Dawson are the 5 trades. Peyton Manning & Tom Brady also won for teams as free agents on a short stay as well as being drafted. The lesson here is don't waste your franchise on farming up 1st rounders for the league, and steer clear of trading for a franchise QB. Stick to finding that championship QB by drafting them outside of the 1st round or through free agency.
    • I lost most of the respect I had for Fox in 2010. He should have resigned if he hated the job that much. Instead he stuck for his paycheck and let stuff go to hell.    I burned out on Ron too but my deal breaker issue with him was away from football and after he was gone from the Panthers. He may have been out of his depth but never quit on us.
    • From where they were one year ago to now, pretty incredible. I mean, say what you want about Vrabel he is no Jerrod Mayo.
