he was a scrap heap warm body signed in 2014 who turned into something of a decent JAG right tackle.  he got taken apart by the best pass rusher in the league which tends to happen to guys like that.

thankfully his replacement is on the roster.

Exactly. We didn't win crap until he started at RT last year. He is also not good enough to go 1-1 with Von Miller and win. Should have had help chipping all day.

Agree 100% with these, and Von Miller is one of the elite pass rushers in the league. There aren't many guys that CAN consistently go toe-to-toe every play, and that's what bums me so much... it's not like Shula and Co. didn't know that Miller was going to be playing and on a mission to terrorize Cam as much as possible.

Both OTs were bad. False start Oher showed up yesterday.

Remmers has been a solid starter for us, but to expect him to lock down Von Miller all game is asking way too much of him. Should of had some help from a TE or some chips.

 

Either way, Daryl Williams beats him out next year in camp.

The point is, that wiki hack is hillarious. I am coping with the SB loss with humor. It is obvious what weaknesses we have and what we need to fix to be a championship team. We all also know he had a better than expected season leading up to this game.

Remmers was a big reason we lost, but we asked more of him than he could give, and that's not his fault. He'll be a solid backup when DW takes his spot next season so no reason to crush the guy.
