Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Broncos list of replacements for QB Brock Osweiler, who just agreed to a deal with the Texans, includes Robert Griffin III and Colin Kaepernick.

  • Jason Cole reports that a 49ers source has told him that they have no interest in trading Kaepernick, despite the reported interest from the Broncos.

Texans are giving Brock Osweiler a 4-year, $72 million deal, per source.

Wow. Earning less than Chris Ivory. Good get for Texans.

Honestly, the Texans might have won free agency and not in the usual sense where winning free agency is actually losing in the long run. They just made two really good moves. Miller is a great signing at $6.5M and they were going nowhere without a QB and Brock is at worst a decent QB. Considering they had Hoyer and the QB draft class sucks, getting Brock was the best thing they could have done.

AFC south could be sneaky good next year with the moves the jags and Texans are making.  Not to mention the Titans with Mariotta and Murray who will be immensely better away from chips gimmick offense

The colts should be extremely concerned.

18 million for a back up QB? holy cow.

Guy has seven starts under his belt and got benched in number seven.

Starting to hear indications that Osweiler leaving may have been because he was pissed about the benching.

Broncos offered Osweiler $16M per yr with $30M guarantee. Houston $17M- $18M per yr. Manning shadow/fresh start were factors

Just spoke to #Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders for reaction on B. Osweiler leaving: “Wow I didn’t know that. That’s cool. I am happy for him."

#Texans expect to sign OL Jeff Allen, more offensive help with a lot of holes to fill.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Rams are “intent” on trying to re-sign free agent DE William Hayes.

According to La Canfora, Hayes has a nice market right now and is one of few notable pass rushers available.

    • Wow. Florida two years in a row heading to the ECF. Great goalie play in Bob and scoring.  We had a better team but were worse in goal.  We owned them in the regular season. Just shows what elite goalie play looks like.     bob vs Igor.  At what point does rod just roll with Koochie.  This is our future being fuged over by stubborn rod.
    • I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Cousins' Achilles rehab isn't going great because the Penix pick honestly felt like a panic move. But then again, the Packers have probably had the best QB play in the NFL over the past 30 years with Favre and then Rodgers and now Love showed great promise last year. They didn't need a QB when they drafted both Rodgers and Love and both guys sat for multiple years. The strategy has been working. Maybe the Falcons are trying to recreate that?
    • First off...you missed the point of what I said. All I said was the offense could be setup to not have to rely on bryce in the same manner as other qbs if its working. And Yes the rest aren't proven commodities but NEITHER is bryce so I don't understand what you are getting at there. Lastly what is with this questioning of if bryce is liked? Liked how? Personal or football? See thats the problem with fans like you, you are so invested in a individual you respond to any critsicm with "do you like him". My opinion on bryce is strictly football....I DONT KNOW BRYCE PERSONALLY so I don't have anything against him in that regard. Far as football I said from the start I didn't see him as a top nfl Qb and he hasn't shown me anything so far to say I was wrong so based off your question...no. Just like everybody else on here, it's strictly football. Asking if he is liked in that regard, it's clearly no. He hasn't shown enough to be liked on the field.
