I mean if Cam really wants to fire back, he can post a picture of his latest league mandated drug test that he passed with the caption "When 1 do w1n 1'ma do it c1ean" or however the fug he types on instagram.

damn you, I was on here reading this in class instead of learning and burst out laughing.

The pic itself is funny.

I just don't recall a time when this was considered being a good sport.

Fans can make all the memes they want no issue.

Why is Miller doing it?  Does Brady post a crying Jordan, Peyton meme?  Does Cam bag on Bree's or Ryan?

its not about getting tits twisted over the pic, it's how 1 guy gets away with it while 1 guy gets hammered on the daily for picking his nose the wrong way.

It's not really even a case of "der,  to the victor go the spoils"..         Since we were crucified all last season for celebrating..........

Had announcers and analysts randomly calling us out after nearly every game during our 14-0 streak.

Cam is just the villain of the NFL.     The nicest villain to ever be a villain in the NFL.   Guy will literally give the shirt off his back to fans,  sometimes.         A villain nonetheless though.    It's why we're two months removed from the SB,  and random people are bringing up Cam in connection to athletes of other sports,  about how to handle the media.    People want to see him fail.

Von will stick with his shtick because he knows he will have the support of millions of Cam haters.   So why wouldn't he stick with it?   In this story,  Von is the good guy ,   the hero.

My only hope ,  is for the Panthers to keep all the little jabs in mind,  as they enter week 1.    Remember how it felt to lose the SB,  and remember the several months after, where Broncos players were taking shot after shot at our team,  in joke form or other...                       and I hope they unleash absolute hell on the Broncos in week 1.

quarterback is a white man's position and a black guy who breaks into that clubhouse better prove that he "belongs"

Boom. Somebody nails it right off that bat.

    • T-Mac is a nickname, Tet is a shortening of Tetairoa. Like you said below... your name is Jonathan, I could see "Jonny" being considered a nickname, but Jon isn't a nickname, it's a shortening of Johnathan, see the difference? And if your mom named you Jonathan for it's biblical significance/meaning, because she was very religious, I think it would be different. T-Mac is Polynesian, so much in their culture has deeper meaning for them, particularly names.  So for his mom to feel this way, I highly doubt it's just because she likes the name Tetairoa and not Tet, it's much more likely than not to be because the name itself has a deeper meaning in their culture.   Particularly as T-Mac himself has often talked about how much his Polynesian heritage means to himself and his family. And no, I'm not saying all this because of how much he's my guy, if he was just "normal american" and his name was Jonathan and he didn't like fans calling him Jon, I'd probably just say tough poo.  It's that he's Polynesian and I know things like names have a much deeper meaning in their culture than they do in ours for the most part. For whatever it's worth, a quick google search.......
