Ron Meeks is on the hot seat now, NOT JAKE! Jake redeeemed himself today. He did not put them in the hole today. THE DEFENSE DID! Quit bashing a quarterback that has been consistently solid because of the last two awful games. He threw a pick today. So what. It was with 2 minutes left and it was in an attempt to get out of the hole the DEFENSE(or lack of it) dug. THE DEFENSE!!!! Remember that. Because if things don't change this season, its because the D strategy is awful.

same team as last year with a tougher schedule. This is our team. We can run and attack with Smitty....defense was a problem last year with an easy schedule. DC is not the problem....running Fox's defensive philosophy with THIS team is a problem....just like it was last year.

Don't be naive Fox is the only reason we are underachieving defensively. Meeks is the puppet, if you want to see a team not dictated solely by their head coach look across the pond at ATL...:frown2:

what would people say if the atlanta defenders didnt drop the first 2 balls that went in their hands lol

anyway, fox is f**king stupid. He's the one controlling the defense. We're still playing off the receivers. Our secondary looks like sh*t. We had 2 TOs before the half, only used 1 with 2 seconds left. We shouldve kicked the field goal near the end then let the defense give us the ball back like they just did.

Crossman needed to be fired years ago.

      it's pretty simple IMO.  The Tepper Panthers are the most unsuccessful professional sports in all of sports.  The problem isn't the posters here have changed.  The product dictates the atmosphere more than anything.  In reality, the daily convos about THE worst team in all of pro sports on a fanatics site....is going to feature harsh and critical convo.  Only one entity can actually change that.  It's the Carolina Panthers football team.

      Yes message boards will always include that sort of stuff… However, this place has been a cess pool since the team took Bryce Young over CJ Stroud. It becomes a problem when it is accepted and promoted, which it has been here (even by at least one mod). Many posters sole purpose on this board is to try to dunk on others for having different opinions. We just had one write a novella on how talking about Bryce Young’s game winning drives “needs to stop”…after a win. They don’t want real conversation. It “needs to stop”. There are many posters here who literally only show up after losses to dead thread and try to dunk on others about the QB (MRenshaw is an easy example). I really don’t see much of that happening the other way around. There’s too many people that would rather the team be bad so they can feel justified for constant doom and gloom and negative opinions. It’s been pointed out by many over the past couple years. This just isn’t a place to have football discussions anymore because of the constant hyperbole. If you don’t subscribe to “Bryce Young is the worst QB ever who can’t throw the ball further than 5 yards and is the reason why we lose any game we lose and doesn’t help in any game we win”, then you are labeled a Bryce Young Stan.

      if you believe he is watching every NFL game.....every week.....go right ahead.  I get it, he said something you like.  But that's like believing the talking heads on the ESPN shows are watching all the games.  You think Stephen A is watching the Panthers every Sunday too?  If Stephen A needs to go on First Take he certainly can pretend like he has watched every snap any player on the roster has taken lol.   No one is that isn't a Panther fan has been watching the 9-25 career go down every Sunday.  Or even a lot of Sunday's.  You know who knows more about Bryce Young than Long? The collective huddle.  What they are reviewing is stat sheets, highlights and in summaries.  It's an old formula lol.
