Carolina getting KB back makes our offense unstoppable

Each year the offensive and defensive units have to gel and develop chemistry. you can say we have mostly the same people  but you can't just look at last year's stats or the year before and say because we lost this player or added this one we are going to be better or worse.

Schedules change, the opposition changes especially outside of the division, and injuries happen. So while these off season threads are fun they may have little bearing to what is going to happen this year. I am at least going to wait until the end of the preseason to make any predictions.

As long as our beloved KB has shed the "droptimus prime" and if the Funchess leap is true... it's gonna be hilarious to watch the DC's in the league try to take away just ONE of our playmakers, much to their chagrin it won't help them at all. MUUUUHAHAHAHAHA

No such thing as an unstoppable offense.  We struggled last year for a good portion of the season until our offense got going.  The defense covered for us in the early season.  I think we will be good again, but we certainly might see some struggles at times, especially early in the season.  And of course, Shula will get the majority of the blame. 

 

I do think and hope that by the end of the season, we will be clicking on all cylinders.

I think not having KB last year helped Cam as a QB.  When Cam first started, one of his knocks was locking onto a WR and not progressing through his reads.  Typically, it was 89 and he did it a lot.   When KB went down last year, Cam didn't have that go-to guy.  Instead of locking on Olsen, he seemed to spread the ball around more.  I am excited to see this offense with KB back in the mix and Cam having better command of the offense.  If Funchess is progressing like Jeremy says, it could be pretty scary if everyone stays healthy.

also think Tolbert is old and Stewart while a beast can't be counted on to be our lead dog all year.  I think we need a young power runner brought in personally to aid and be depth
