I was there today. I usually always stay until the end but it was miserably hot.  Those that know me know that i get fired up for games.  I'm always standing (on defense) and cheering. The heat took a lot out of me and everyone around me.  I left with about 4 minutes left... Whenever Luke picked it and we were up by 16.  Throw in the fact that it was a long game and the concessions near me ran out of beer, water was barely trickling out of the water fountains and the lines to refill water bottles were ridiculous.  I'll give everyone a pass today (unless you left at the end of the 3rd).  I've seen the crowds when it really matters.  We can be one of the best crowds in the league.

Some people have babysitters and can't just hang out for 10 hrs.

I'm long over the stay till all zeroes on the scoreboard shows up song and dance. Game was in control for a while. Bust on those that never show instead of those that do and roll out early.

I drank 4 waters at the game. That should pretty much tell you everything you need to know. 

It was miserable. The energy was low because that heat zaps it right out of you. 

This was the same as the Houston game. Absolutely no need to call out any fans here.

However....there was a lot more red than I was expecting.

The stadium provides little for shade....depending on where you sit the sun will be straight on you with no reprieve...sucks hard...it is what it is man hydrate and all that but also pay out the ass for it...

 

Plus it's never been better to watch from home....60" 4k tvs and poo man....fug

That was my gripe.  I truly didn't expect that much red after last season.. It was terrible.

The first home game every year is always one where you go and just try to survive the heat

I got one of the unlimited refill cups and filled it with Gatorade..  Then never got a refill cuz the lines were outrageous. So I won't be buying that thing anymore

Yeah I figured that unlimited deal won't really be all that. 

They still can't seem to figure out how to move people effectively.

The best part about the refill line is that they have a 10 ft rope making where people should line up.  Really helped

I stayed til the end, I drank half of an almost $11 beer then switched to all you can drink Gatorade.

There was a lot of red. I ended up being a shade of red by the end of the game. A niners fan was thrown out of our section for throwing a beer can at someone. I thought he might have been a Denver fan in disguise.

I'm from Los Angeles so that is a normal thing here (nothing to do with fandom). 

I can understand a close game but if you're team is blowing out the 49ers, you better be leaving with 5 minutes left or you will be sitting in the parking lot for an hour.
