Injured player returns

Randolph Panther

Just curious, what is the timeline on players returning.  I am sure they were trying to stretch it out till after the bye but we are in a position where we need everything we can get. Im assuming Cam will be back Sunday but what about the rest of them.  Any chance we can get Bradberry,Stewart and Oher out there.  Im thinking if they thrown in the towel they still want to win and we really need a win Sunday.

If Cam passes protocol, he will be back Sunday. I'm thinking Oher too. Hopefully Stew is back Sunday. Bradberry, can't tell because apparently turf toe is serious business.

Turf toe is a big deal. It ends up costing a lot of players their careers, especially speed positions like DB, WR and RB. It's hard to work on a toe surgically and they don't heal up quickly.

Hope Bradberry has a mild case and not one that lingers.

I should have known this but, I had to go to my books and look up the medical term. A MTP joint sprain, yes a big deal. I didn't know it could be career ending though. Is that Funchess problem as well?

They will all probably return after the bye. Maybe we see Cam and Other return this week.

But at this point it doesn't matter and even a late season in streak to get to 7-9 shouldn't be enough. 2 out of 6 winning seasons for Rivera with 5 out of 6 starring awful.

Turf toe can be jekyll and hyde or just plain jekyll. It is the injury that sent Isaac Bruce to the downside of his career.

To my knowledge Funchess injury isn't turf toe.

I sure hope so. A healthy, rejuvenated Cam and a healthy Stew and Oher? Could this be the lost mojo? I have a feeling Cam comes back feeling like he has something to prove and his swagger appears.

and then shula runs the ball up the middle on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd down and kills all that

    • No need to explain everyone on here ‘drunk posts’ watching this team …who could blame anyone  when they were mentioned in the same breath as the Jets and Browns onward and upward as far as bryce’s little fella self, can take them
    • Sigh, we should of have kept Ashawn over this bum.
    • Well, everyone is a critic.  not much meat on the bone here in analysis but if the team needs motivation … lol   I have also heard a lot of talking head or two say that ‘Young is not in the same class as most of these teams and that in 12 of the 17 games he is the lesser QB   BR write up below  2025 record: 8-9 Last season, the Carolina Panthers made the playoffs for the first time since 2017. They won the division. Bryce Young made strides, throwing for 3,011 yards, 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions with a 63.6 percent completion rate. Wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan won the 2025 Offensive Rookie of the Year award. In free agency, the Panthers signed edge-rusher Jaelan Phillips and linebacker Devin Lloyd to bolster their middling defense. Carolina can win with complementary football if the offense continues to trend in the right direction. In 2026, Carolina will play the AFC North and NFC North on a first-place schedule, which includes matchups against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and the Seattle Seahawks. The club will have a much tougher 17-game slate than it had last year, which may lead to regression. The Panthers aren't on the same level as the league's top teams. We'll see the gap between them and division-winning clubs from the previous season. 2026 projection: 6-11
