Which team has insulted your Panther manhood the most?

What team has left you shaking your head the most times as a Panthers fan, wondering 'What is it going to take to get a break against these ****s'?

A. Dallas

B. Atlanta

C. Washington

Atlanta...I live here for one and get dogged on whenever they win, then before, it was the Michael vick days and now matt ryan...when are we going to catch a fu^king break?

i grew up with the cowboys as the bad guys. i liked the steelers, rams, and redskins when i was growing up.

i just hate the cowboys. the fans annoy me the most. losing to them and having things fall their way as far as calls has always ticked me off more than anything else.

falcons, i think we're pretty balanced there. they play here and that game could easily had gone our way.

redskins...ehh...more a joke than anything to me these days. we may lose but it will have more to do with us coming out of a bye than anything.

The Redskins.

For starters, a few pockets of seats near mine are occupied by "I love the Panthers unless they're playing the 'skins" fans, which is annoying enough. Our record against them in inexplicably 1-7, and they've never really been THAT much better than us. For some reason, they just own us and that's frustrating.

Atlanta has a winning record against us, but we've beaten them more than enough to keep losses from being overly frustrating.

As far as the Cowboys, they're a lot like the Redskins but with more obnoxious fans. They don't compare to the Skins for one reason. We've beaten the Cowboys when it's counted the most, and when it gets really frustrating I can always flash back to Sam Mills making Deion Sanders think he was Batman. Good times, good times...

This is a good list. I was in DC when we lost to the Skins on a last min drive, 2001 I believe, and its been downhill against them ever since. The damn Falcons always seem to pull some magic out of their asses, be it a pass over the middle to Crumpler or Vick getting flattened by Morgan just one foot too much. How can you not hate the Cowboys the most, though, with their holier than thou attitudes. This list has led to a decade of frustration for the Panthers. Can't wait to walk into the bar in TX on Monday with my Moose jersey on.

    • I probably would have become a casual Hornets fan if Cooper ended up there, but the NBA just solidified my apathy for its product. Hornets also got shafted when Lakers got cold feet on the Mark Williams trade. NBA is corrupt and that alien-headed Silver is the kingpin.
    • Most analysts from what I've seen are projecting next year's cap as closer to $298M. We saw a $24M increase this season, $31M increase last season, and $16M prior to that. There's also the inevitable cap casualties... A'Shawn Robinson being cut saves the team $8.5M. Damien Lewis would save $9M. BB3, Jewell, PJ2 all would save $5M each. Tremble and Mike Jackson could save $4M each. It wouldn't surprise me to see the team make a few moves that end up giving them closer to $50M in cap space to start 2026. I'm less worried about next year's cap space due to the upcoming UFAs for the team: TMo, AT, Tuttle, Wonnum, Nijman, Mays, Corbett, BC, Dowdle, Rozeboom, Martin, Rhattigan, Jansen, Scott... the only FAs I'm seeing on Spotrac outside of TMo that are must keeps are ERFAs Coker + Demani (so long as TMo's knee is fine, of course). 2027 on the other hand is going to be the offseason for Bryce's bonus option with Icky being the most significant UFA. PJ2, A'Shawn, Josey, MJackson, Tremble, Dalton, DJ Johnson, Zavala, and Bartholomew are the only other current FAs then. I'm of the opinion that they are all in on next season and if it doesn't go well, it's being blown up and starting from scratch. They're currently estimated to have $130M in free cap space in 2027.
