watch Barron's head to head hit on Cam (not called)

Good confirmation here.  Most of replays are inconclusive.  To be clear, it looks like he intended to go in with his shoulder, but came in too hot, and ended up laying into Cam's helmet on the ricochet.

Tom Brady just got steam rolled by the league.  It is what it is.  Best thing for Cam to do now is just be quiet; anything other than closed lips will have nothing but negative effects.

On review it was clearly a blow to the head/neck area but at full speed I can see how it could be missed.

I don't understand how the hit from Donald was missed, you could hear the helmet to helmet contact on the broadcast.

If the NFL was serious about this rule, they would make it reviewable.

Agreed, but shoulder to head contact on a QB in the pocket is still illegal.

That wasn't the best angle, doesn't even show the forearm/punch that came after the helmet to helmet.  For what it's worth, it doesn't look like he was trying to torpedo Cam's helmet like OBitchJ did to Norman last year, but he definitely launched trying to hit him high with his shoulder and because of the poor form of the tackle his helmet hit Cam's. Then the haymaker he threw was the icing on the cake, that was just moronic and obviously illegal.  He violated that rule two or three times on one single play.

The thing that gets me is that he had no intention of tackling/sacking Cam in a conventional manner - whether he meant for helmet contact or not, Barron's goal was solely was to hit him high. I think that says a lot about Barron, the way defenders think they can get away with hitting Cam, or both.

Ron said there was one hit that concerned him, this is probably it.

I think the Donald hit was the obvious one.  At least on the Barron one you could argue speed in combo w/ the potential high shoulder.  But there is no dispute Donald made contact to the head.

It's easy to tell there is helmet to helmet in that video. Watch as Cam's head is clearly knocked to the side. You can see the Panthers logo before the hit and then you can't. Now check his shoulders and they don't move at all. Clearly hit in the head.
