Thats on coaching. When were in a nickel which is like 75% of the time theres no way Klein shouldve been on the field instead of Shaq. Klein was a complete liability in coverage all game and Carr was eyeing him every play in that 4th quarter and picking on him

I think this is where Dave needs to step in and force some changes in Ron's philosophy.   I'm not sure Dave is asserting his authority in this regard.  It's one thing to have final say on draft picks, which I have some reservations that he actually does when needed, but to allow Ron and his staff to continue to misjudge if you will who should be starting is another matter.

But the flip side of that is that once Dave steps in and puts his foot down Ron is pretty much done here.  Their relationship will be toast.
