Saw this on Twitter via Panthers.com, is the writing on the door for Mike Tolbert?

Also do we still have rights to Rockhead? I believe he was placed on IR.

Competition. 

Whatever it takes to fix the running game, bet they focus on a blocking TE too. 

I'm still sick of seeing 3 fing guys meet Stewart before the Los, signing a FB isnt going to fix that tho.

Well if he can block and make people laugh he'll beat out Tolbert.  All Tolbert can do is make people laugh.

I think it's just the oline. Even when healthy, they aren't particularly good run blockers. Oher and Remmers especially are two of the worst in the position at it. 

We need an upgrade but I just don't know where it can come from.

It's easy to say we need upgrades, and we certainly do, but finding them when 31 other teams are doing the same is not so easy.  Especially when there really isn't any available this year to begin with.  If you draft one they are going to be projects and they take a while to get up to speed, if they ever do.

I definitely agree. I don't have the answers. I don't see a OT deserving to be picked at 8. Either we overpay in free agency to upgrade the position or just draft one who can bring camp competition. 

We definitely need to add a tackle though. With Other's injury situation, I don't feel comfortable going into next season with our current rotation.

Dave will dig up some competition somewhere but it won't appease the haters.

Honestly I believe that's wrong. This is my guess, but normally when 3 defenders are meeting the RB behind the LOS it means the offensive is predictable. When a certain personal jogs out on the field and line up in a certain way, thus the defense knows exactly what is about to happen. I know tri Turner took a step back and Kalil was hurt(even before), but there's no reason when you combine norwell they should have that many issues running the rock. Unless the whole defense knows who, what, how, and where about the play call.

Young honestly looks way more versatile then Mike Tolbert ever was for us. This is an intriguing signing, I will be surprised if he does not make the final 53.
