No windows here to worry about. None at all.

TD on the other hand clearly believes there is a window as he gets ready for the next part of his career in sports.

When I saw your name, I was wondering how you'd tie this to Gettleman. A for effort

Twitter was kinda upset with what he said about Odell being an cancer when he lets his emotions take over. Then they said "but who's your quarterback!" I've never seen Cam body slamming people and having to be calmed down by team security during or following a game.

"I think that we all can agree that Odell is a great player. Right? We all agree on that," Davis said. "When you think about Odell and what he's able to do on the football field is truly special. But it's very important for him this weekend to make sure that he controls his emotions. Whenever he goes out and he plays and he controls his emotions, he's huge for that team. But when he goes out and he allows his emotions to get the best of him, he's a cancer for that football team and you can see it, it's evident."

"When we played him, you could see him and Josh going back and forth, you could see that the whole team was getting caught up in that and they wasn't focused in the first half, that's why we were able to jump out to a big lead," Davis said of the Panthers' 38-35 win over the Giants in 2015. "They kinda settled down later in the second half in the football game and they were able to come back. It was just really evident that they were not a focused bunch when he was doing all of that."

I saw that clickbait, completely out of context article headline on NFL.com and the comments have not disappointed.

Very well said but of course, everyone is focusing on the word "cancer". I have no issue with it and I'm sure NFL Morning producers love it. A little criticism is always good for ratings.

Yeah I guess Richard Sherman and other Guest Hosts were thinking about the window closing when they guest hosted too huh?

The headline, updated at 8:56 PM, now reads:

Davis: Key for Giants is Odell controlling emotions

Freaking hilarious.

    • I miss many of the OGs like @ladypanther Zob had a bad off week and came in here to do some mopping and a couple of the 10 year 15k post account he just banned over a silly disagreement, just odd behavior from Zob. A Pessimal deal happened with Lady and others. I tired to find a new forum and could not get around the signing up part...same for discord. Its not perfect here by any means, but I still feel welcomed here for the most part and this place does have the most freedom. I hate how the right vs left BS nearly cooked this place, I still believe in removing the litterbox, toxic as hell and lollolols @ anyone coming into a team forum to talk about pointless politics of the uni party turds.  @Bear Hands you saved this place with your activity. It helped offset the lost of OGs and the knowledgeable that leftd.    It would help for new members and I do get the spammers deals, just got to mod them away and hope opening the door brings in fresh blood.
    • Young went to bama and Brissett went to nc state.
    • That seems about right. No higher than that for a bottom third qb with two years left, including one expensive year. He played well enough last year to show he is startable. It depends on whether other teams thought he has any upside left and whether he's been hindered by coaching and surrounding cast. I think most teams would answer no, but if they thought he could step it up just a little I could see trading a fourth or fifth for a bridge guy/top tier backup.
