Really don't see the problem in taking players that have made a mistake in the past....., however if the persons track history is showing a pattern then I would agree in steering clear. Seems like mixon made one mistake, and is learning from it...if that's the case he should still be on our boards

The fact of of the matter is if someone had not been recording the incident and it hadn't leaked, it'd be a non-issue. He'd probably be heading back to OU next year to be the feature back after Perine's departure and he'd be a likely 1st round pick come this time next year.

But... someone was recording that incident and that footage eventually came to light and here we are.

Not much of a difference imo of hitting a woman or stealing a guy that doesn't know it's coming. (One being on his knees)

Love Smitty still .. and i don't know what happen to the young lady Mixon hit..

But i do know Bright doesn't have the use of 1 of his EYES.. And lost a chance of a career because of it.. So please let's not try the lesson the acts to protect Jerry's moral decision..
