tough questions are fine, but Voth didn't ask them, in my opinion.  his felt incendiary to me; in the sense that he wanted a controversial quote he could pimp for clicks.

maybe i don't pay enough attention to who asks the questions then. whenever theres a presser I always feel some tougher questions were left unasked.

I felt he gave unbiased opinions at BBR which gave me a feel for how things truly were without the info being spun for PR purposes. This obviously can't happen when you actually work for the team so interested to see how it turns out.

Bill will now be contributing to the official Panthers website and other media in the organization.

Maybe now he can tell Cam personally that he acted like a child and didn't show the proper obeisance to Mighty Media post-Super Bowl.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
