Dex I hate to say it but your wrong on so many levels.

He is a perfect fit for Panthers running game where 70% of the runs where Power and Zone that is going to increase with Cam running less.

I have been watching SEC players for awhile and LF is good as advertised.

You would know better than I then I'm just going off a few games I've seen on Youtube. One of which being the Alabama game.

Personally, ive been vocal in my declining interest in Fournette.  He scares me, and not in a good way.  I think his career will be incredibly underwhelming and likely cut short due to injuries.

That being said, i'm just about equally skeptical about McCaffrey's pro prospects.  I think he will end up being a lot like Reggie Bush - jack of all trades, master of none, and too slight to be a featured back.  I also think he'll have trouble contributing on offense because of his lack of physicality and i think his fit here is even worse because his only hope of being truly great is playing under an offensive mind that can take advantage of the mismatches he creates in spots... that offensive mind is NOT Shula.

Say what you want about Shula but he is definitely inclusive. He learns from everyone around him. He learned from Chud, and all of his staff as well as the players. He doesn't have to know how to use him, he only has to let the guy who made McCaffrey great in college now be great in the NFL.

Say what you want about Shula but he is definitely inclusive. He learns from everyone around him. He learned from Chud, and all of his staff as well as the players. He doesn't have to know how to use him, he only has to let the guy who made McCaffrey great in college now be great in the NFL.

I remember watching  LSU vs MSSTATE in person  when they had Odell & Jarvis together and they where dominating the field for 4qtr at that moment I knew they where gonna be big time in NFL. Same goes for Cam during Auburn years.

I have the same feeling for Fournette, but I do believe there is good chance for Panthers drafting both and I would be happy with either one as well.

Do you trust a running back that didn't do any of the agility drills at his pro day or at the combine?

 

Hmmmm, which makes me more nervous?  A player that did every single workout at both is pro day, and the combine, or a player that refuses to do any agility drills while being touted at a "generational talent"?

I think it's pretty direct, you don't trust a guy that didn't do drills at the combine, or pro-day, but you also don't address what would've been done and asked of behind closed doors at a private work out when a prospect visits a team. 

Also lost in all of this is film evaluation. Drills mean nothing, WHAT DOES THE TAPE SAY.
