Rumor: Bears Very Interested In Tribusky At 3; Browns Have To Go QB 1st Overall

Makes a trade up to #2 far more appealing

In a shocker, the Bears supposedly are most likely to pick Tribusky if he were to pass the Browns and 49ers. In this scenario, the 49ers are likely to pass him up at 2, while the Bears are targeting him in 3. With pressure on the fact the Browns really want Tribusky, they may have to go with him #1 overall if they like him.

If the Panthers were to trade up to 2, they would undoubtedly get Myles Garrett.

Take this for what you will.

Many have, that's why it IS believable.  Without a franchise QB you're toast and you have to take a risk to get one.

Exactly. If we trade up to 2 and Cleveland bites the bait, we'll get Garrett.

I could care less what the Bears do. I just care that they convince the Browns to pass up Myles Garrett

I don't think so.  Mike Glennon is a backup QB.  Yes he's paid good (not GREAT QB) money, but he's not the answer and everyone knows it.

      I'm right there with you, brother. I've been a Panther fan since the day the team was awarded to the Carolinas.  We've had some good years, a couple of great years, as well as some low periods and no consecutive winning seasons. But I never thought I'd see such a period as we have over the past several years.   It has gotten to the point of being rather apathetic in watching them. In fact, I told my wife before the Miami game I was watching just to see what new and creative way they lose another game.And early on, it looked like they would. But damned if Miami wasn't more creative than the Panthers.   I'm now older than my Dad when he died (he was 65) and, like you, I've wondered if I'll ever see them have another winning season. I'd sure like to think I will.

      again, I am not his employer, I dont follow his stuff or read any of it including social media, but he has been employed long enough where someone thinks he is doing a good job, not disagreeing he isnt an moron but I am not calling for anyones job for being a moron when it really doesnt affect me
