Eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise daily. There's no mythical scripture to live and die by. People who go on those yoyo diets or try to be gym rats for a month only hurt themselves in the long run. In order to be a healthy individual you have to change your lifestyle, not dinner choice.

Im tryin to do a 100% raw food for a while to detox. Can i eat a poo ton of veggies and fruit without worrying about calories?

You can defend meat and fried food all you want, but facts are they're the main culprit for health issues and the only reason its defended is taste.

I would appreciate a DM sometime about how you diet, what you eat, and what you recommend I do. Any recipes, tips, and whatever you got would be greatly appreciated.

The most important thing to realize is health, fitness and diet is a lifestyle not a fad. It's not a crash course that you can do once for the test of your life. Once you realize the effect of what you put in your body has on your day to day life, it's hard to go back.

You have more energy and confidence, especially if working out at the same time.

I get this a lot. Working on a blog post that spells it all out for you. There are many ways to do it, I can only speak to what worked best for me.
