Rotoworld: Stewart to outcarry a punt/kick returner

NFL is about matchups, there will be some games with CMC is a better matchup versus the opponent than Stewart, so this is more of a game-to-game process rather than straight thru the season.

...soooo, that means Shulong has to create the mismatch?....ok.

Broken tackles is not even a tracked stat. PFF is constantly changing their stupid stats, one month it was Ajai, last week it was Marshawn Lynch now it's Stewart.

Like I said great power back, that's it. I saw a DT chase down Stewart from behind when he was trying to get around the edge.

Also Kalil, Norwell and Turner are so spectacular like everyone claims yet even when they are healthy Stewart barely breaks the 4 ypc marker. Some thing isn't adding up.

DWill, is that you?

I'm guessing the team is going to want Stew to stay healthy and hes not going to get many reps pre season. They may essentially make McCaffrey RB1 for preseason .

Cap or Fozzy has to go, we won't have Stew , McCaffrey, Fozzy, and CAP at RB along with Young and Armah at FB that's 6 roster spots someone's not going to be there at the final cut. Either that or they take an extra player away from another position to keep 4 RBs. I can't remember was Tolbert classified as a RB or FB last year offically?

Stew ran almost exclusively against stacked boxes since there was little to fear against that collection of wide outs we rolled with last season.  The guy can still play and will prove it soon enough.

If our offense and defense stay relatively healthy, and execute, we will be carrying a lead often.

Perfect time for Stewart to run, punish the opposing defense, and help close out the game.

The reality is it doesn't matter who starts ir not.

What matters is we have two talented RBs that will help us win more games.

Who starts and who gets the most carries just isn't as important as many think.
