Contest email yesterday said the end of July which is about the same as previous years.

I generally have my wife leave the house, light some candles, and put on some Keith Sweat/112.

Glad I'm not the only one

Opening my mailbox and seeing that large Manila envelope with a Carolina Panthers return address on it every summer is the closest thing ever to replicating my childhood Christmas morning memories.
Almost always the last week in July. [emoji458][emoji458][emoji458]

The key to gameday drinking is to do the majority of your drinking outside of the stadium before hand. Then buy beers sparingly to maintain your level of intoxication

That explains a lot of posts on this board - people are drunk all game long.

"WHOA REMEMBER HOW HE DID A FLIP INTO THE ENDZONE?!!"

"Sure, what about the rest of the game?"

"Huh? Oh, sorry, I blacked out."

(Not you specifically.)

    • Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.
    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
