2017 Huddle Candy Draft

The idea of a candy draft intrigues me. Thus, we shall conduct one.

Rules: You must select a candy commonly found at any USA gas station. No weird candies. No candies from overseas. No ice cream bars. Items must be commonly found in the candy aisle.

ROUND 1 - 5 picks

Pick 1 - Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - I dare anyone to seriously argue against this pick. The best of both worlds in one delicious package.

Pick 2 - The original Plan M&M's - So versatile this candy is. Trips, movies, or just at home. Individual morsels that melt in your mouth, not in your hand. Pure genius.

Please give your thoughts on what the next pick should be.

I'm on board with Reese's at 1 but only if we all agree that it is pronounced like any normal human being would pronounce "Reese" and then add the apostrophe "s". Like something belongs to Reese Witherspoon. Like the creator was probably named Reese and this is his fugging candy. People that say "Reesies" or "Reesy" cup make me want to assist them with seppuku.

Twix is def a top 5 candy. I'll throw in 5th Avenue as a top 5 submittal. Not quite as commercial as some others but man it is a good candy bar.

watchamacallit is strong...

I have to go Kit Kat.

It is first off all chocolate with crunchy wafers...

Secondly, it doesn't have peanut butter so won't put some of us into allergic shock.

Most importantly, if you have to share, it's divided appropriately for almost any occasion.

1 kit kat =  sharing with more than 1 person, little kids, and " I don't know how I feel about you" and family members you don't  you don't like.

2 kit kat = wives, girlfriends you may be serious about, people you respect.

3 kit kat = I was scared you might take the whole thing or you look like you needed this more than me.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27
    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
