Sick of the Favre lovefest

I'm as tired of Favre as anybody.

Buuuut...objectively speaking, he is one of the best of all time and has earned a lot of the praise he's getting. They showed a blurb saying that if the Vikings win tonight, he'll become the only QB ever to beat all 32 teams. Like him or not, that's pretty impressive.

Yes, he's an egotist. Most of the players in the NFL are to some level. And yes, the networks slobber over him to a sickening degree. But let's be honest. He does have an impressive record.

He would become my best friend for a night if he threw to Bernard Berrian(for my fantasy team) more. I actually like Minnesota, so when Favre came to the team I decided that it would be in my best interest to forgive and forget his past transgressions. Temporarily, at least.

i am starting to not even watch espn shows. just the games. it has nothing to do with Favre though. I like watching him play. You can't deny it's not exciting. I have alot of interest in this game too since I have Shiancoe and Harvin, and my opponent has Peterson and Rodgers. I came into the night with a 22 point lead. So far so good, but its gonna be a close one. GO FAVRE!... but not to peterson.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
