Good football is whats missing in my life.....

Seriously I don't know about you guys but when the Panthers were playing well and wining it made mondays happier and improved my mood throughout the week. When something disdainful would happen, I would just think about the big win that happened Sunday and cheer up a bit.

Haven't felt that all season, and it sucks. Hopefully 10/12 marks the return of that feeling.

I hear ya hdevon. With this season a lost cause, while still watching the Panthers, I recommend finding a team you sorta like and semi-rooting for them. I refuse to have my entire NFL beer-drinking season ruined by Hurney/ Fox/ Peppers.

Its sad but I have already written off this season (especially if we lose this week). I just hope they let the younger but more talented guys like the Moore's and C. Johnson/ EB get some bigger roles. I really want to see Capt rotated in with the ones.

    • Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.
    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
