It's for entertainment purposes. A fun little way for we fans to pretend we have a voice.

Didn't even think of that.. I read an article about someone flying banners over Chargers games...

Apparently the stadiums become no fly zones because they hold more than 30,000 people in one place??  Something along those lines.

Yep no-fly is in effect during the game.

can't do it during any game.  extends an hour before games kickoff and one hour after conclusion.  Can't get within 3 miles of the stadium (and height in the air ain't go nothing to do with that mileage)
