Its a bit of sarcasm because this board changes its opinions with the direction the wind blows.

But its also realistic optimism. Hurney can look at the things DG did right managing the cap, he can look at the things he did wrong giving out stupid contracts, and if he fixes that, why can't he be a good GM? 

I'll reassess this opinion when I'm not as buzzed, also lol, but for now..
