I’m excited to see the offense tomo, no denying we need speed. I just worry about the hands of the players we’re putting out there.

Also worrisome that this team had to trade Benji in order to give this a shot. Tomorrow will be interesting, will tell us a lot about what kind of team we’ll see the rest of the year imo

I think we all agree and we have some fast guys on the roster, but its the route running in the intermediate area from the LOS that creates that seperation or double move off the DB that gets guys deep. I think TY Hilton was worth the price if he was/is actually on the block for Indy. The 2018 draft doesn't have a great amount of WRs.

I have the biggest draft crush on Dante Pettis

Nice, I'll have to check him out. Would like to look at the OTs in the mid to late 1st round like Mike McGlinchey and Trey Adams. Should do a Gettlemagic double dip. Let Norwell walk if he wants a monster deal and slide Moton over to LT/LG.

Honestly watching the Dallas O-line last season was pretty awesome and its probably the only way we get enough 'juice' out of our investment in CMC.

As unsexy as that would be we definitely need a draft like that.

Especially if we’re going to be on the hook for some dead money from Matt Kalil (assuming we move on after next season) we’ll need to fill that spot with a rookie. Can’t afford to be eating money and paying another tackle solid money.

Not sure I see that in Shep, and Samuel. IMO, both those guys catch with their hands really well. My only worry is what routes are they going to be running? If you can give either one a sliver of light, they can both do some exciting things.

I am hopefully optimistic, but I am no where near as giddy as I usually am.

    • Not many people talking about DT, but we have a need.  (DE)  Now this guy is a NT like Brown III
    • But is it about letting Bryce develop or about winning games? Bryce has not been good enough to be an uncontested starter. He just hasn't. How many times has last drive Bryce shown up for 4 entire quarters? Once in 3 seasons? You aren't going to win 9 or 10 one score games every season year in and year out. You may want Bryce in the last 2 minutes. I want that Bryce the full 60.  No one is saying you have to give up on him, but bringing in another QB that can do anything is not hindering Bryce. It helps the team and that's where the focus needs to be. If drafting Sadiq to plague the middle of the field would help out offense, but Bryce struggles to get pass into the middle of the field, is Sadiq a bad pick? Or could he be a good pick with a better option at QB? We can't be afraid to improve. QB, TE, OL, LB, DL, CB, S. It doesn't matter. The goal is SBs, not 5 to 8 years seeing waiting to see if Bryce can develop while the rest of the league keeps passing us by.  Sadiq is a nice option, but I think we have to address tackle if one we like is there because we are painfully thin after this year, a LB to general the field, and a true ball hawking safety that can set the tone in the secondary. Those 3 positions are bigger game changers than a TE that will likely struggle to make a round 1 impact in this offense.
    • Lil Stanky 100% in the dot tonight... And our 2nd line has been our best offensive line this season. Maybe our 2C really was on the roster this whole time...?
