Andrew Luck's Career is possibly over.

Hate it for Luck if this really means the end of his career. At the end of the day this is just a game and there are so many more things that are important than the NFL. Have no hard feelings towards the guy because he finished his college career, and we got Cam. Just hate to see a career end due to injury.

That really sucks. I have no problem with Luck and hold no grudge against him for staying in school for his senior year like some in this community. The guy has always been a class act.

Maybe the Colts can trade him a-la the Chargers with Brees in 2006 and draft Sam Darnold, who I think is the most overrated QB in CFB this year.

I most definitely hold a grudge but even still, popping champagne now kinda seems a little much.

Those of you blaming the Colts....what if he wanted to play?

Remember, at that level it's all about the money first and foremost.....and since he played through it, he got PAID.

If he never throws a football again, he's still made 80M so far, with I think 30M to go still.

Then they should have said no, just like we should have with Cam last year

Let's hope Luck isn't done. Although some could call him "overrated," he's still a good QB with great intangibles. They didn't pay him $80 million for nothing.

As a Colts fan though, you have to be highly concerned and looking for possible replacements. The Patriots have won again, in this aspect, because Jacoby Brissett isn't a quality replacement. He's doing what he can with them, at the moment, but if Luck's career were to be over, they'd have to go with something else. Rumor has it that with their 1st round pick potentially could be in the top 10, and I think you have to look at Rosen, Allen, or even Darnold, if he decides to come out.

Although the Colts need more than just their QB healthy, we know, as Panther fans, the QB is obviously important. I've always said there are 2 ways to win in the NFL:

  • A great QB
  • A great Defense

Currently, Indy has neither. Quarterback will be their most important need if such things come out about Luck. Hopefully he gets back on the field. I really enjoyed watching him 2 years ago at the Monday Night Game. I'm a guy that wants to see every NFL team, at least once, in Charlotte, and the fact I got to see him vs us on Monday Night was awesome.

That really sucks for Luck. A wasted talent in a god-awful franchise.

That being said, Jacoby Brissett could be their QB if they so choose. He’s been a franchise level QB from the games Ive seen.

I’ve been impressed but the jury is still out.  Can he honestly take a team to the promise land?  I doubt it.

This is terrible news if true and it is pathetic some people are happy because they are still insulted Luck chose another year at Stanford over the dumpster fire we were back then.

We are one bad concussion from this being Luke.  It is never good when such potential is ended early.

Luck is a good guy.  He's talented.  As a general fan of football I hope I get to watch him play in the future, but he has to do whatever is in the best interest of his long term health.  I wish him the best either way.  Except in the circumstance he's taking snaps against us.

Peyton Manning (knowing he was on his way out from the Colts the next season) meeting with Luck the day before he decided to stay in school, only for the Colts to tank the next season and end up with him is one of the few conspiracy theories I subscribe to. So I am tickled a little bit by his unmitigated failure of a career.
