In no singular category I could find are they better than average , and in every major offense catagory their in the bottom of the league. You could say stats don't matter and any given Sunday, but as last Monday Night seemed to show stats most certainty do matter if you aren't commuting turnovers as an offense. We simply aren't losing games unless Cam throws multiple picks.

Our passing offense and their passing defense seem to cancel each other out. Should be a clear advantage running the ball and our defense should purely outclass the Jets offense in every way. Which is basically what we've been doing lately , lots of running and good defense.

And After the last 2 weekends I'd hope our offense has jumped up further then the #17 it shows now.  This offense isn't the same that appeared in the first half of the season.

its because all these stats are averages. 2 good stats games doesn't cancel out half a seasons worth of mostly sub par stats games .

Yes....I understand that.  What Im saying now is Im curious as to how our offensive rank is for the past 2 games vs. our average.

    • D Carr must have really disliked the saints to wait and do this announcement after the draft has passed if he made this call a few weeks before the draft sure they would have approached it and the offseason differently.  oh well will be interesting to see how their qbs perform.  would love to see them roll with Thill and just make the whole offense towards his skillset.  Although sadly would be only playing in about half the games with how often he gets injured.
    • I have to say it's quite fascinating seeing you pivot from months and months of wailing and agonizing about threads derailing into Bryce Young slingfests only for you to turn around and do the same thing. And just for the record. Nobody in life ever attained wisdom and clarity from mistakes by having people blindly fawn over them and tell them they are above reproach and incapable of making mistakes. Our front office is just as human as we are. And based on the fact that front offices across the league outside of a handful of teams change on a fairly regular basis it's safe to say they are certainly no more infallible than the average Joe even though they possess significantly more knowledge usually. If you want a utopia where all you do is shine shoes for anyone associated with the Panthers you go right on ahead and create yourself a new community sir. More power to you.
    • I trust Morgan when it comes to LBs so I think Wallace will do well.
