Culturally, what will change?

Obviously, JR was a man of old-school ways who resisted organizational and cultural change for the most part. He reportedly refused to use email until about 5 years ago and didn't have a cell phone until quite recently. Fans like us are in the dark as far as what the culture was like behind the walls of BoA, but things like that are pretty indicative of an organization's overall culture.

Other than the dumb surface things that some fans bitch about (e.g., the shield at midfield, uniforms, etc.) what do you think will change within the organization once JR leaves the scene? Will there be a shift in culture that is enough to be noticed by the fans and media?

I would imagine employees will grow their leg hair out a little longer now.

Depends on who we get.  We've avoided risky guys for years, but with the right owner we could be more open to guys like joe mixon, dalvin cook, or tyrann mathieu.

Depends on how much say JR has in the sale. I’m sure he would want a new owner to share his same values or rather “projected” values.

it felt like we took steps forward in 2015 but we are back to playing complete trash lately. The DJ hasn’t changed so I don’t quite understand it.
