In college I rented a room to an 18 year old girl running away from her parents. The third bedroom was rented by another guy I’d already lived with for a few years. She wasn’t much to look at and I liked that because it kept things at roommate status. She worked babysitting mostly, paid her rent on time, and occasionally brought around her more attractive friends. Plus she always cleaned the kitchen which was great.

Only weird thing she did was always say “you look so tense...let me give you a massage!” She was definitely coming on to me all the time but I never gave in to her advances lol

I lived with not one but two female roommates when I lived in Charlotte for my internship back 3 years ago.

It wasn't bad. I'm a clean dude so their cleanliness standards weren't a problem. The only things that bothered me were passive-aggressiveness and gossip. Some stupid thing I'd do, such as leaving the toilet seat up, bringing home a chick from bars, or being loud while playing Xbox, would be brought up 3 weeks after the fact. 

Neither of them were hot so I wasn't tempted to smash, nor did I flirt with them, but they would gossip about me incessantly. I think that's mainly a symptom of the two of them being best friends though, so you shouldn't have a problem with that.

Not stupid...it's a valid thing to be irritated about...and this will be a man vs. woman thing until the end of time :)

When my husband and I were dating we had one of his friends live with us for 6 months..my GOD he was disgusting. He'd get high as poo and decide to make cookies..eat half of them and leave the mess for me to clean up in the morning.....Along with his cereal bowls, pizza boxes and brownie pans.....After doing this multiple times, I rounded up all of his dirty dishes that I had refused to wash, put them of them in front of his door so when he opened it, he'd step on them. Accompanied by a note that said, "I'm not fuging you therefore I'm not cleaning up after you".

Lmaooo that was graphic. She's not my type. I'll mainly be focused on work and the gym. Maybe a tinder date once or twice a month. My concern was making her uncomfortable if I brought home a girl. I've never had a roommate before let alone a female one.

Because she pays half the rent... I don't have that kind of stamina anymore. One or twice a month is fine with me. Just don't need it now like I did when I was a youngin like yourself.

That brought some memories.  I used to be friends with this one chick and spent a lot of time at her house, basically living there.  She start complaining to me that after dating her bf for 4 months, he is still trying to be a gentlemen and refusing to make any sexual advances toward her.  She said she loves him and all but it’s just weird.  I stopped her and asked if she wants to go to her bedroom for some 1 on 1.  We went straight to her bedroom and I nailed her.  10 mins after we were done, her boyfriend came by and they started kissing and flirting.  Weirdest poo ever.  Two weeks later, that girl roommate says how much she missed her boyfriend who was on 1 month trip to Brazil.  So we sit on her bed and start chatting about it.  Apparently she was horny as hell...  The friend I nailed two weeks earlier walks in and says that we should give each other favors and just fug it out.  As soon as she walked out we were going at it.  Both boyfriends later found out I nailed their girlfriends.  One of them ended up nailing my gf as a revenge a year later.

Long story short...  I had insane amount of encounters with many girls in that house.  Every time they got home hammered with their hot friends, I was a hot commodity.  The very first girl I nailed was literally setting me up with all her friends.  It was nuts.

The roomate #2 became a stripper in Lancaster, SC 3 years later.  

Granted, that all happened almost 15 years ago.

      I believe I just read somewhere that the Rams don't do Top 30 Visits. I mean, it makes sense from the standpoint of trying to keep information close to the vest.

      I'm not sure 19 is too high for Rodriguez anymore.  He looks to be moving up boards, but it could be smokescreens.

      I see XL this way---great athlete.  Good person.  When we drafted him, we knew he was raw.  One year of WR in college (starting) and in HS, he was a QB, I believe. We knew we would need patience with him.  I think year 3 will be make or break.  He is older, and I think that people with his athletic ability have always been better than those with less---but those with less can become more successful.  Why is that?  in my view, it is mental. XL can learn the mechanics and nuances of playing WR if he becomes focused on it and works at it.  I had the opportunity to talk to Armanti Edwards one day after OTAs (great guy) and he discussed how overwhelming it was.  He seemed shocked.  At that time, I knew that Fox hated the pick (I heard him mock Armanti to another coach when he saw Edwards drop a punt from a jugs machine--then I saw Armanti look back at Fox as if to suggest that he was feeling the pressure to please the coach. We forget that these are kids in their early 20s.  At the time, Fox was a lame duck.  Remember when he had Clausen as the #3 QB and was forced to move him up the ladder?  I liked Fox, but I think the climate and culture was influenced by the politics.  Currently, I see another Wr from SC who is struggling, but he is ina  very nurturing, positive culture. Let's see what happens with XL.  I am frustrated too---but XL was a second round talent who was raw and we traded up to get him.  He had 500 yards as a rookie--lets call 2025 a sophomore slump and see if we can't get at least 50 yards per game out of him.  If not, cut bait.
