Can we beat the Saints?

Whoever wins the division between Carolina amd New Orleans will still likely face each other in the Wild Card matchup. I feel like we don’t match up well against the Saints, but I like our chances much better at home than in the Dome.

they say third time is a charm, but I still think we get steamrolled by the saints.

we'll need an MVP performance from Cam if we have any shot, and I'm talking about a fuging gaudy stat line, like 300 yards passing, 4 TD's, 100 yards rushing and another touch. I just don't have confidence in our defense, especially after getting shredded by Jameis today (or was that yesterday?) fug been doing so much cocaine these last 36 hours i've lost track of time.

It’s a hard no from me.

1) Our secondary just isn’t good enough and that was obvious from the get go this year.

2) We’re always asking Cam to go into a gun fight with a plastic knife.

3) Payton vs Rivera... ha

I’m excited to see what new ownership does. I hope they clean house this offseason. This organization has had the same mindset when it comes to building a team since 95 and guess what? It doesn’t work.

Cam is the only thing that separates this franchise from picking in the top 10 each year in the draft.

Clean house? Are you serious? We have made the playoffs 4 out of 5 years and a Super Bowl appearance in 2015.

Clean house is something the Browns do or the Jags did or what the 49ers have done. Not the Panthers. Just because there are things we can do better doesn’t mean you clean house.

And people hate on Cam.. He is the only reason this team doesn't win 4 games a year. I don't understand the hate for him

    • The successful teams in the NFL right now have one thing in common: Patience. Not just with their QB, but with every facet of the program. There are going to be successes and failures, but no one panics and makes reactive decisions. Look at the Eagles, the Bills, the Ravens, the Packers, and hell, even the (newly successful) Lions. All of them showed patience with their QB's growth, let their coaches do their jobs, have drafted well, developed their own players, and plugged holes in their roster and organization with players and situations that made sense. That's what we need. And if that isn't what we have now, we need to make moves to get it there. If that means they need to blow it up to start over, then blow it up and start it over the right way. If that means to change their approach from top to bottom, change it now. But the blueprint of success is out there in the league, teams just think they know better, or they don't have the discipline to follow through.
    • X was drafted too early, needs refinement and is playing out of position. We knew this. What's the issue? Personally, I think he will be fine. Just needs more time.
    • Rozeboom is a JAG. Shaq was most definitely not a JAG.
