time for me to fix Saca's misrepresented and skewed posts

I always think it's important for the quarterback when you're in the pocket, the things you're doing to be very quick with the ball, be specific, get the ball out, and I think that's where we can help Cam,” Turner said.

“I think there's some technical things in the drop, in the vision, where you're looking, when you're looking that we can help and get the ball out quicker. We can help with his accuracy and then continue to find the things he does best and let him do those.”

That is coach speak for Cam doesnt get the ball out quick, isn't decisive and quick making his reads because if Cam did that he wouldnt need help.  Add the technical things with his drop which is mechanics, vision is surveying the field and seeing your options, "where your looking" means that you can read the defense and know where your favorable matchups will be based on your preread of the defense, "when your looking" is making sure that based on the "where you are looking" you know who is going to be open when, based on the route they are running and their relative speed.  Then the comment about accuracy needing improvement.  That is more germaine to our conversation about why he holds the ball then your tangential references..

To be fair, he also said the WRs needed to be coached up to enable Cam to get the ball out faster.

What he said I liked even better was when he talked about helping receivers be faster in and out of their breaks to create separation.  One caveat is that it also means Cam will have to work on his anticipation, throwing to a spot before the receiver even makes his break so the ball gets there accurately when the receiver has the most separation and can get yards after the catch. Smitty was great at exploding out of his breaks and getting instant separation.

I really like what I'm hearing from Turner.  I hope he can translate that into the efficient offense he envisions.

WRs who can separate?  Cam will think he's in heaven.  Let's see what he can do with that.

I think Norv will be successful here.  He is well respected and both coaches and players will take what he says to heart. I dont know if Cam is going to be in heaven or not.  I get the feeling that Norv and Scott are taskmasters and they are going to be on everyone to improve including Cam.  I got the feeling from reading some insiders that they wanted an OC who will be more demanding of Cam and keep his feet to the fire. I don't think Dorsey could stand up to Cam and command his attention. Norv can definitely do that.

Who knows?  There may be some friction at the outset, but Cam wants to win and hates to lose.  I think he'll be thankful to anyone who helps him achieve that goal.  And if, in the process, his receivers learn how to more effectively separate?  Gravy.

I think you sell Cam short, but we'll see.

Oh I didnt say that Cam wouldn't be happy with winning or wouldnt be happy in the end. He has to be one of the most competitive guy on the team.  But he is going to have to work his butt off to fix those things and he wont like that. Better mechanics often requires repetition over and over until he gets it right.  Boring.......

Do you have anything remotely factual to substantiate your criticism of his work ethic?

If not, log out and don't come back.

The week before the playoff game against the Saints it’s been reported he was at Bank of America from 6 am to 6pm+.

But that destroys the narrative he wants to bring that Cam’s just an emotional lazy sloth. He probably longs for the day we get ourselves another boring, mediocre quarterback and watch this franchise wallop right back to the cesspool it should be in without Cam.
