Could Equanimeous St. Brown be Norv's Vincent Jackson?

A 6'5 210 pound WR with deep threat speed. Sounds like the perfect WR for Norv's offense. Could be his Vincent Jackson project.

While im not a fan of drafting a WR. I have watched the film of all the top guys, and St. Brown to me looks like he could be the best of the crop when it's all said and done. While he never had over 1000 yards receiving, he was playing with bad QB's. Watching his highlights you get the sense he will be a better pro, when he has a legit NFL QB throwing him the ball. I know his route running is a cause for concern, but with NFL coaching and practice he can fix that easily. If he is available in round 2, I wouldn't be mad if we took St. Brown.

I didn’t like him at first because he’s built like a twig. But I'd be lying if I said he hasn’t grown on me. Would definitely like him in the 3rd. Hell, at this point I wouldn’t mind drafting 2 WRs. A burner and someone like St. Brown. Who knows if we’re going to be able to sign Funchess or Byrd after this season.

Obviously the WRs have me hyped today. Tomorrow my feelings may change.

Don’t think we’ll be drafting WR.  We will either trade for one or get one in FA.  I read interview few weeks ago and Rivera said they looking to bring vet WR.

I’m hoping for both. I wouldn’t mind a solid set of vet hands and then a day two receiver. I like Miller from Memphis in the second.

I won't be surprised if we sign a FA plus draft another one in the first three rounds. Funchess is our only proven WR and he's just decent.

Yes I agree. Im just saying if we did draft a WR, he should be the target.

This.  We cannot bring another raw project.  We need a vet.

we need Sammy Watkins and we need him now and forever.

We are not getting Sammy Watkins o wish y'all would get that through your minds. He does not fit the Cotchery mold like Rivera was talking about lol. And Rams just cleared enough space to keep him. Let it GO!!!!!

He’s going to get paid by someone. I’d like to have him but the Browns, 49ers, and Bears need WRs and have a ton of cap space. He could be the top guy available. If he even is available at all.

    • Appreciate you, brother!  I know it was lengthy, but I felt whoever actually read it would appreciate it.
    • Damn good take, brother.  I think I take that poo personally because (sidebar: I don’t like to use narcissist often because social media has made it a buzzword and diluted the meaning, so when I use it, I don’t take it lightly) I grew up in a home with a raging narcissist, then married a narcissist and just came out of a divorce after a 20 year marriage with her, where afterwards she met and married another narcissist.🤣  And in my dealings with them, over my 41 years on this earth, at times I took great delight in breaking down their arguments point by point and forcing them to either acknowledge their wrongs and take ownership of them or watch them yammer and stammer away when they ran out of lies and excuses.  At various points, that was extremely satisfying, but ultimately, which I’ve realized especially after the last 3 years and going through the divorce and everything, it does NOTHING to them.  It doesn’t affect them one way or another.  For a logical, reasonable, grounded person, you would think calling them in their poo will bring it to their attention when they’re face when nothing but facts and truth and force them to change, but nope.  Not in the slightest.  They just disassociate from the ones who do that and find more people who will validate their behaviors and thinking.  poo pisses me off because they’re so destructive and couldn’t care less so long as their needs are met.
