I still think he's wrong about WR.  Voth is in the organization and thinks we're making a run.  Panthro hinted at ARob (although I prefer Watkins) and he is much more knowledgeable than any reporter we have lol.

Outside of that, I really like Hill, Autry, and Boston off that list.

Voth has said the whole time that we'd be interested but it all depends on how the market develops. Still extremely likely the top several guys price themselves out of our budget.

I kinda like the idea of Taylor Gabriel.

He seems like he's what Damiere Byrd would be if he were ever healthy.

Do we really need to make a play for a receiver with his style? We have Byrd, Samuel, and now Smith and McCaffrey lined up in the slot a ton as well. If the price is right, sure add competition and depth. But I wouldn't competitively go after more receivers with that style of play. A player with bonafide #1 potential like Watkins, Robinson, Moncrief, etc. is a different story, but we have enough of these #3-4 speedy/shifty role players.

Byrd hasn't shown he can stay healthy long enough to really produce. Samuel might but hasn't yet.

I immediately thought about Gabriel to Carolina once it was announced he wouldn't be back in Atlanta.

Cheap and lower tier?  That's what we look for in WRs.  Toss in how incestuous the NFC South seems to be and it would not surprise me at all.
