I know he's a bit of a blowhard, and he's been constantly talking about a bid that a) he technically was supposed to be silent about and b) never really happened anyway.

That said, the anti-Felix sentiments on this board are deeper than what I'd expect those things to cause. I don't really know what the source is for them either.

I do know that if this theory proves true and he pulls it off, I'm not going to be especially happy with him because I was pulling for Navarro.

He was reported to be connected in some way to the 200 acre plot they were talking about as a possible option, though he didn't have any direct ownership stake in it that I know of.

I actually forgot about that but yeah that was the start of it. Embarrassing.

He's just a sleazy salesman, albeit a rich one. I want someone who's making decisions out of the team's best interest. Dude just wants a new stadium and parking lot for his car business.

I think of Felix as the inept sidekick of some sort of evil cartoon character. He just wants to do someone's bidding and get their approval in the process. I don't think any deal ultimately comes together because of Felix.

Kestenbaum would be foolish to let Tepper buy in, the NFL would (is) foolish to force Tepper on us and JR needs to push Navarro as an anti-JR.

Sadly, I feel like this whole arrangement ends with JR being forced to sell to Tepper. I don't see the NFL agreeing to any other outcome.
