I will say the tackling overall was improved compared to years past as well, the secondary was tons better, and I loved that we finally seemed aggressive and played with that smashmouth-style we had been missing for years. Ā But, it is obvious we had some holes, and having no edge rush was a pretty gigantic one. Ā But itās also interesting because I just shared a clip of Princely where they asked him about there being no edge rush and he said, āitās not because we donāt have the players.ā Ā And it sounded like he felt we didnāt need to bring anyone in. Ā He also said he didnāt get enough opportunities. Ā So it could be ego talking, but it definitely sounded like he was implying our scheme/strategy is the reason there was no edge rush. -
Impressive to get a shot for a FG... and it was for nothing. -
