Letters from Tepper

So apparently Tepper is sending letters out to some of the fans (I'm guessing PSL owners but it wasn't specified). One recipient posted hers on Twitter, adding that the signature looks to have been handwritten rather than copied.

I got one as a psl owner.  I was wondering if they went to all psl owners.

Yep. I assumed that was obvious. I wouldn't put it past him to return some letter personally. Jerry did earlier.

It should give pause to even the staunchest of Richardson supporters. It's like, "Why haven't I experienced such personableness from the owner before? This is how it should have been all along."

I think that he's going to invest more of everything, including time to personally thank customers.

Jerry wrote letters too. Not recently but certainly early on. I'm not a "Richardson Defender" but I do remember things

The lady on Twitter thought hers was hand signed, but of course she could be wrong. And the idea that it went to every PSL owner was just my guess, although it's a logical one.

If indeed it went to every one of them, that would be a little hard to imagine. If only to a certain few, who knows?

Granted, the photos would make me think it's copied.

I normally don't listen to Frank Garcia, but I was wanting to catch one of his interviews last week. (Forget who). Must've been Friday after opening night practice. Everyone was gushing abt Tepper dancing, etc. and comparing to JR. Frank reminded everyone that there's a big difference between 62 and 82 and that JR used to love hanging on the field with the guys.

I'm no JR apologist, but that age difference is an important point.

I heard that too. Of course the guy who just bought the team is going to do this.  A form letter to PSL owners is just common courtesy. Perspective does matter.
