Walking a without a limp is one thing, but playing football is an entirely different thing. I'm still holding out hope that we can get him back this year but we'll see.

Panthers RT Daryl Williams is present and will work on side with athletic trainers. A source said 2 weeks ago that “probably a good chance” Williams began season on IR w idea he’d return in 8 weeks. But wonder if Kalil injury/so far DW’s successful rehab changes outlook of that.

Lack of antalgic gait doesn’t equate to ready to return to play. Let’s not get overly excited about this. I am still optimistic about a return later this season, however.

I’m sure him being in a contract year doesn’t hurt his cause, either.

Don't be surprised if we acquire another OG and simply cut Amini and keep Daryl on the 53 man roster. I doubt we keep both Amini and Daryl on the 53, we would need healthy bodies for game day.
