The Bears raped the Raiders IMO. With a rookie contract QB, they're going all-in betting they can become the Rams and win before they have to pay Mitch. The trade...

Mack, a HoF level player, AND what will probably be a pick around 35-40

For

Two picks in the 15-24 range.

Laughably bad for the Raiders IMO unless they absolutely nail those draft picks.

So the Raiders are gonna finish in the bottom 8 this year, but Chicago will be 15-24th in order?

Look on the brightside the Bears might give the Packers and Vikings more trouble to help out other NFC teams. NFCS were already gonna beat up on each other good that the NFCN might do the same.

I think that's fair, but the conference just got considerably better, again.

AFC should just forfeit the season and let all the NFC teams into the Playoffs.

8th to 15-20 this year is crazy for a team that added a ton of talent, and playing a last place schedule? Defense was already really good, and added Roquan Smith and Mack.

Offense has Mitch in Year 2, and added Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel, Anthony Miller, and Trey Burton with Nagy's offense. As long as they don't poo the bed, I feel like the Bears can pull off 8-8 or 9-7...only adding a few wins.

Meanwhile the Raiders were 6-10, their division improved while they've regressed, just lost their best player, and core guys are openly questioning the team on Twitter.  Yeah, I'll take the Bears to be a couple games better next year.

This is why it’s a good trade to me for the bears. They have Aaron Rodgers, Matt Stafford and Kirk cousins in that division (say what you want about cousins but I think he’s gonna shine big time there redskins held him back and stafford can sling the rock) they need a player who can disrupt those top tier qbs pronto.

I'd have agreed with that premise based on Aaron Rodgers alone.

I just think they gave up a little too much.

I'm never a big fan of giving up two first-rounders.

Heck, he Bears did that not terribly long ago for Jay Cutler (granted, different GM).

And totally different player. Barring injury Mack is one of the best if not the best defensive player in the game
