That route he ran at 1:15 though...

He's surprisingly really good out of the backfield.  IMO, that will be the biggest difference between him and Stewart.  McCaffrey is obviously our #1 receiving back, but we can still depend on Anderson in that regard too if need be.  Doubt we felt the same, or were as comfortable, with Stewart in that role.

His receiving skills force teams to at least think of the pass and not load the box. I think he complements CMC very well.

Dallas' defense finished #8 overall last year, but they had a very uneven season as a unit. Their offense and defense hardly ever synced at the same time last year.

In yards per game perhaps.  In points and yards per rush, they finished in the middle of the pack.  The were 15th in sacks.  They gave up more passing td's than all but five teams.  Opposing passer rating against them was 95.

Lol he might get 10 pass targets the entire season.

I hope he gets more tocues with the ones than in pre-season

I think he will be in more than preseason indicated; Norv has to keep something up his sleeve for the real games. Not only can he run hard, he's a hell of a receiver (i think I've heard check down mentioned once or twice this preseason), and one of the top backfield blockers. He's going to play a huge part in keeping Cam off the turf!

I don’t know if many people know this but Dallas had one of the best defenses in the NFL last year and basically has the same team as before.

very underrated defense and also a team that has one of the best running backs in the game. Add a QB that can run as well too that. Any team that can run the ball well and has a decent defense has a great chance to win every week.

Do not sleep on the Cowboys!

Their secondary is arguably as bad as ours.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
