The Panthers have been at their best under Ron Rivera. Flaws and all, he's been a good coach for us. Sure people are gonna scream CAM AND LUKE CARRY US while blindly ignoring all the Ron has done for us. The locker room and leadership that he's brought. Even in the worst of seasons he's never lost this team once. God forbid we talk about how he kept this team focused during the massive fuging distraction that was last season.

People say he's unchanging and dumb because he wouldn't do what they would've done, while ignoring things he has gotten better and changing about (ex: people say he'd start Amini, and despite him calling Amini a starter the week leading up to the cowboys game, he didn't. People bitch about him not starting rookies, despite starting Jackson and ignoring that he's said, multiple times, that Moore's snap count will go up and up and woah, looks like it has been.) And sure, in some cases you may be right, but right now, this team is 3-1 one of only 4 NFC teams above .500, right now Ron Rivera 68-57-1 as a head coach, which considering where we were as a team when he came here, is honestly no small fear.

So I ask you (and @*FreeFua* since he's one of the loudest and most self assured Rivera Sucks wagoners around here.) Find me a fanbase that thinks their coach is flawless, find me a head coach that has absolutely zero flaws and has never made a coaching mistake and has always learned from every mistake he's ever made even if it costs his team games.

Otherwise find a new slant, this poo old.

Cam rush on a 4th down made sense. You guys are losing your mind. He'll gets it nearly every time. Then clock. 

It's the CMC draw play is what was questionable and confusing. A run play with that little time seems ruinous. 

Playing devils advocate with the CMC carry: he's averaging 5 ypc. It does seem ike a safe way to get a first + and clock it.

Because they ran an incomplete pass play to Wright in between the spike and the field goal. Took 5 seconds.

We must've been so flabbergasted by the CMC run to pay attention and trying to find out if we spiked it on 4th and 1.

Am I the only one who feels it was handled just fine?  He would have been a genius if McCaffrey got even 5 yards.  A pass play resulting in a sack is basically the only thing that could put us out of FG range.  Cam wasn't really feeling it in the 2nd half so it isn't like Ron needed to stay with the hot hand.  I think there was enough time to sneak and spike although it would be close.  A completed pass on 4th that didn't get out of bounds would have been even worse.

Ron's whole MO is creating an atmosphere and opportunities for people to do their job and trusting that they will do that job.  He did just that with Gano and he won the game for us.
