Been on a sous vide kick lately...trying baby back ribs in the sous vide. Lazy I know but hopefully good. 8 hours at 167...finish on the grill.

Pan-cooked strip steaks with a side of roasted delicata squash, carrots and multi-colored potatoes.

At least one steak will be done Pittsburgh style (hard sear on both sides, plate it up).

there isn't time for a big butt.   5.92 #'s is about what i have time for.   it's on the pellet grill.    ($300 pellet grill from walmart is actually awesome!)

I don’t know about soy meat but I can say soy milk is 100% better than regular degular milk. So I will give it a try

almond milk is better than regular milk too but you don't see me eating almond meat

 That’s because almond milk is no Bueno.   I thought almond milk was good until I tasted soy. Plus tofu is pretty good especially if you know how to cook it. a lot of people eat imitation crab (what is even in there ?) but it taste pretty good.  I think the philosophy in life should be you should at least try everything or almost everything once you should live while you’re alive.
