Disagree. The Panthers have been incredibly consistent this year. Their defense is below average, and has been all year long. Their offense is improving, but tends to be too conservative when they have the opponent on the ropes.

The problem is, everyone expects the defense from year's past to return. They aren't.

then there are those of us who know he has been a fraud since he was first hired. he's been carried by his QB for 8 years.

To be fair, there was a time we fielded a very good defense, that fans not of our team would say carried our QB.

What's funny is that before this they would say the same thing but it would be specifically about cam. Now they can see the problem is actually organizational.

Cam has his ups and downs but is easily the most consistent thing about this franchise, other than the disappointment

      Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.

      I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
