Actually, per plenty of insiders, that's exactly what happened.

It doesn't really matter if he did though. He's gone, he now has zero influence, and David Tepper frankly doesn't give a sh-t what Jerry Richardson thinks about anything.

All decisions that are made from here on out will be made without any input at all from Richardson.

That is the problem with society, people take what these reporters say so literal ... do you think teams want the general public to know exactly what is going on within the organization at every given moment? Do you think you as a fan, because you've read what these "insiders" have to say, know everything that is going on within the organization, and every detail?

Insiders know people who see what goes on behind the scenes. You know nobody, and nothing. And your suggestions don't even make sense given basic established facts.

 The ONLY reason he was part of the Steelers was that he was a lifelong fan who struck it rich and bought a small share. He has run as much of an NFL team as people on here. None. He’s never even been consulted on a move. Ever. Your theory is ridiculous. He was a fan with a stake in the team. Tepper and JR are as polar opposite as two people can be.
