Heinicke getting an MRI

It's amazing how Ron simply cannot learn from his mistakes. You aren't helping your team by playing a QB who is obviously hurt and hampered by injury. I felt bad for Heinicke yesterday. Here he was getting his chance to shine and Ron left him out there obviously far less than 100% and he ended up looking terrible.

PFT points out that if Heinicke can't go, the only quarterbacks on the roster will be Kyle Allen...and Cam Newton.

They'd have to put Heinecke on IR and sign somebody else, I suppose.

Garrett Gilbert?

Play Allen and let it ride.  That's their only choice at this point.  If he goes down just run the wildcat with CMC for the rest of the game and cut your losses.

Should have stuck with Allen, only a few throws but he looked better throwing the ball. Maybe he can’t run like Heinecke but he would have been a better bet to finish the game.

I swear I knew he would throw a pick after they made that decision. The kid was driving. It's like no decision Ron made this season has worked out in our favor.

Heinicke has a noodle arm, even before the injury his deep balls were falling extremely short

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
