Liver pudding and scrapple. With grits.

Yeah scrapple is a good one,  being in California nobody knows what it is, but I have a butcher friend that makes it and saves me some, I'll make a breakfast sandwhich with it and a couple of runny eggs.

Others

Liver of any kind prepared anyway

Morcilla (Blood Sausage)

Chicken Heart Skewers

In spring time I go to a local ranch where they fry up lamb brains.

My Grandmother always made chopped liver for Christmas. Why? idk, but she did get the recipe from a real Jewish person, so there's that.  it's been almost 20 years, think I'll make some for the New Year.

and some greens and blackeyed peas.

That's where I first ate liver to my Grandmother who was from "Nordic ancestry"  ate liverwurst sandwiches and pickled herring on crackers all the time

The taste for liver stuck but that pickled herring, Nah always found that pretty vile tasting.

It's not weird, but I like almost all things seafood....except for crab.

I will eat crab cakes and crab dip, but that's about it.

I love octopus, all fish, caviar/roe, etc...  It's not that crab is bad to me, I just prefer soooo many other types of seafood.

    • Ridley Grieg was handed a 2-game suspension for his sucker punch on Sean Walker during the Ottawa series. First 2 regular season games for the 2026-2027 schedule.
    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
