Any new HC is going to be a "reach" since few, if any, will be retreads. Most fired HCs end up as coordinators elsewhere while coordinators are the next HCs.

Everyone is taking the same chance when hiring a HC, regardless how many of the 32 are canned.

all these teams making moves trying to get better but the consistent inconsistent panthers do nothing ..at least they care staying consistent

He's been rumored to be moving to the front office.

Falcons were top ten in scoring, despite missing their stud RB most of the year, having both starting guards on IR and a former top ten RT regressing to the point he was benched. Lots of similarities between the panthers and falcons years.

 

They may keep Sark. Kinda hope so, would be Ryan's 5th OC in his career if they hire someone new.

Well, while everyone is pretty bummed that we seem to be sticking with Ron, the Peter Principle has already provided us with a huge pool of good to great Defensive Coordinators who failed miserably at HC. This is a DC rich offseason.

As Panthers fans we could only hope. I was a Dolphins fan before the Panthers existed, and I still follow them as my co-favorite team. Adam Gase is terrible and way overrated. The Dolphins team and offense has consistently gotten worse over 3 years. His play calling is terrible as he can no longer ride the coat tail of Peyton Manning.

He's said a bunch but not much has changed or do I expect it too. He seems happy to collect PSL money like JR.
