A reasonable loss for special teams, but he was becoming a huge liability whenever he saw action at LB.   Wish him well, but glad he wasn't resigned.  Andre Smith and Carter are younger and better.  Bye Felicia

You're correct  He's from Oregon and went to Texas State

I was thinking California, but Oregon is still West Coast. Also thought he might be from Texas but realized that was just where he went to college.

Carter is an olb and Smith was a 7th rounder, iirc.  Also Roaring Riot made a comment last year that was not encouraging about Smith.  We'll see.  But we may very well need a backup MLB
